Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your account in the Laeeb app, with or without the app installed, and which data is deleted and which is kept. It matches our Privacy Policy, section 11.
Delete it in the app
- Open Laeeb and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm with the one-time code we email you.
Deletion takes effect immediately once your account is clear. There is no waiting period and no recovery window. You are signed out when it is done.
Delete it without the app
Email support@laeeb.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If your account has no email address, tell us the phone number on the account instead.
We check that the request is yours by sending a one-time code to the email address on the account. Once you confirm it, we delete the account and email you to say it is done. The same rules apply as in the app, including the cases below where we cannot delete yet.
What is deleted
- Anonymised. Your profile name is replaced, and your phone number, email, profile photo and linked Google or Apple sign-in are removed. Your sign-in credentials are destroyed and you can no longer log in.
- Permanently deleted. Your academy memberships, the reviews you wrote, ratings you gave or received, your notification inbox, your saved preferences, your saved home address, your children’s profiles, and the push-notification registrations of your devices.
What we keep, and why
- Booking and payment records. We are required to keep them for financial and tax purposes, for as long as Jordanian tax and commercial law requires. They are no longer linked to your name or phone number.
- Ban and abuse reports. We keep them so that a ban cannot be evaded by registering again.
When we cannot delete yet
We do not delete an account that has an unfinished commitment attached to it, because deleting it would strand the other side. Each of these stops the deletion:
- An upcoming session you hold a seat on.
- A payment or a refund still in flight, on either side.
- A live tournament entry you registered.
We tell you how many of each are outstanding. Settle or cancel them and the deletion goes through.
If you are the only owner of an academy, deleting your account does not delete the academy. Your academy stops taking new bookings immediately and your request goes to the Laeeb team for review, one academy at a time. Sessions already booked are not affected. Your account is not deleted and you stay signed in until the review is complete, and you can withdraw the request from Academy settings at any time. If your academy has another owner, none of this applies: your account is deleted normally and the academy continues under the other owner.
Delete only some of your data
You do not have to delete the account to remove part of your data. In the app you can remove your profile photo, clear your saved home address, remove your children’s profiles, and turn off analytics in Profile, then Privacy.

حذف حسابك
توضّح هذه الصفحة كيف تحذف حسابك في تطبيق لعّيب، سواء كان التطبيق مثبّتًا على جهازك أم لا، وما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يبقى. وهي متوافقة مع سياسة الخصوصية، القسم 11.
احذفه من التطبيق
- افتح لعّيب وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ثم الإعدادات ثم حذف الحساب.
- اكتب DELETE وأكّد بالرمز لمرة واحدة الذي نرسله إلى بريدك.
يسري الحذف فورًا متى كان حسابك خاليًا من أي التزام معلّق. لا توجد مهلة انتظار ولا فترة استرجاع، ويُسجَّل خروجك عند اكتماله.
احذفه بدون التطبيق
راسلنا على support@laeeb.app من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، وعنوان الرسالة «حذف حسابي». وإن لم يكن لحسابك بريد إلكتروني فاذكر لنا رقم الهاتف المسجّل في الحساب.
نتأكد أن الطلب منك بإرسال رمز لمرة واحدة إلى البريد المسجّل في الحساب. وبعد أن تؤكّده نحذف الحساب ونراسلك لنخبرك بأن الحذف تمّ. وتسري هنا القواعد نفسها المعمول بها في التطبيق، ومنها الحالات الواردة أدناه التي نتعذّر فيها عن الحذف.
ما الذي يُحذف
- يُخفى تعريفك. يُستبدل اسمك، ويُزال رقم هاتفك وبريدك وصورتك الشخصية وارتباط الدخول عبر Google أو Apple، وتُتلَف بيانات الدخول فلا يعود بإمكانك تسجيل الدخول.
- يُحذف نهائيًا. عضوياتك في الأكاديميات، والمراجعات التي كتبتها، والتقييمات التي منحتها أو تلقيتها، وصندوق إشعاراتك، وتفضيلاتك المحفوظة، وموقع سكنك المحفوظ، وملفات أطفالك، وتسجيلات الإشعارات الخاصة بأجهزتك.
ما الذي نحتفظ به ولماذا
- سجلات الحجز والدفع. نحن ملزمون بالاحتفاظ بها لأغراض مالية وضريبية، للمدة التي يفرضها القانون الأردني الضريبي والتجاري. ولا تبقى مرتبطة باسمك أو رقم هاتفك.
- بلاغات الحظر والإساءة. نحتفظ بها حتى لا يمكن الالتفاف على الحظر بالتسجيل من جديد.
متى نتعذّر عن الحذف
لا نحذف حسابًا يرتبط به التزام لم يُنجز بعد، لأن حذفه يترك الطرف الآخر بلا حلّ. وأيٌّ مما يلي يوقف الحذف:
- حصة قادمة تحجز فيها مقعدًا.
- دفعة أو مبلغ مسترد ما زال قيد التنفيذ من أي من الطرفين.
- مشاركة قائمة في بطولة سجّلتها.
نوضّح لك عدد ما هو معلّق من كل نوع. سوِّه أو ألغِه ثم يتم الحذف.
إذا كنت المالك الوحيد لأكاديمية، فحذف حسابك لا يحذف الأكاديمية. تتوقف أكاديميتك عن استقبال حجوزات جديدة فورًا، ويُحال طلبك إلى فريق لعّيب للمراجعة، أكاديمية تلو الأخرى، أما الجلسات المحجوزة مسبقًا فلا تتأثر. لا يُحذف حسابك وتبقى مسجّل الدخول حتى تكتمل المراجعة، ويمكنك سحب الطلب من إعدادات الأكاديمية في أي وقت. أما إذا كان للأكاديمية مالك آخر فلا ينطبق أي من ذلك: يُحذف حسابك بالطريقة المعتادة وتستمر الأكاديمية تحت إدارة المالك الآخر.
حذف جزء من بياناتك فقط
لا يلزمك حذف الحساب لإزالة جزء من بياناتك. يمكنك من داخل التطبيق إزالة صورتك الشخصية، ومسح عنوان سكنك المحفوظ، وإزالة ملفات أطفالك، وإيقاف التحليلات من الملف الشخصي ثم الخصوصية.
