Privacy Policy
Laeeb is a sports booking and matchmaking app for Amman, Jordan. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who can see it, and what you can do about it. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use advertising or cross-app tracking.
In short
- We do not sell your personal data, and there are no advertising or tracking SDKs in the app.
- The location used to sort venues by distance stays on your device. Only a home address you choose to save is stored on our servers, and academies see only which district it falls in, counted with other players.
- Laeeb never receives or stores card numbers.
- You can export everything we hold about you, or delete your account, from inside the app.
01What we collect
- Account details. Your name, phone number, email address, the sports you play and your skill level. A profile photo and a home address, if you choose to add them.
- Activity. Your bookings, payments, attendance, tournament results, ratings you give and receive, and messages you send to academy staff through the app.
- Payment records. The method, amount and status of each payment, and the receipt image you upload when paying by CliQ.
- Device data. A push notification token if you enable notifications, and crash diagnostics collected without personal identifiers.
02Location
Laeeb uses location in two separate ways, and they are worth telling apart.
- Sorting by distance. Laeeb asks for location access only while you are using the app, and only the first time you use a feature that sorts by distance. The coordinate is used on your device to order academies and sessions by how far away they are and to centre the map. It is not sent to our servers, not stored, and not kept as history. There is no background location access. If you decline, the app works normally and simply lists venues alphabetically instead of by distance.
- A home address you save. You can optionally set a home address by placing a pin on the map in your profile. Unlike the above, that pin is saved to your account on our servers, so it is available on any device you sign in to. You can change or clear it at any time from your profile.
- The area, shared with academies you book with. If you have saved a home pin, an academy you book with can see which district of the city it falls in, as a count alongside other players. It is never shown your pin, your address or your coordinates, and never which individual player lives where. A district only appears at all once at least five of that academy’s players there have saved a pin, and the counts shown are rounded to the nearest five, so a single player joining or leaving does not change what an academy sees. You can turn this off at any time in Profile → Privacy, under “Share my area with academies”; turning it off removes you from every academy’s count immediately, and keeps your pin working for everything else.
03Camera, photos and calendar
The camera and photo library are used only when you attach a payment receipt or set a profile photo. A receipt you upload is visible to the academy administrator verifying that payment, and to us for support and dispute handling. Calendar access is write only: Laeeb can add a session you booked to your calendar, and cannot read the events already in it.
04Why we collect it
To operate the marketplace. That means holding and confirming your seat, processing and verifying payments, showing academies who is attending, building rankings and match suggestions, preventing abuse and no-show fraud, answering support requests, and improving the product. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
05Who sees what
- An academy you book with sees your name, phone number, the amount you paid, your attendance, and any receipt you uploaded to them. If you have saved a home pin and have not turned area sharing off, it also sees the district it falls in, counted with other players and never attributed to you.
- Coaches at that academy see your name and attendance for their sessions.
- Other players in a session see your name, sport and skill level. They never see your phone number or email address.
- Laeeb staff access your data only where it is needed for support, fraud handling, or a legal obligation.
- Access is scoped per academy. An academy can never see your activity at another academy.
06Payments
At launch, players pay academies by CliQ or in cash. With CliQ you pay the academy directly using the alias shown in the app and upload a receipt, which an administrator verifies manually. Cash is collected on arrival and marked as paid by the academy.
Where card and Apple Pay are enabled, payments are processed by PayTabs, a PCI DSS certified payment processor. Card numbers are entered and handled by PayTabs. Laeeb never receives or stores them. Academy subscriptions to Laeeb are billed through Apple in-app purchase, and Apple handles that payment information under its own privacy policy.
The CliQ alias an academy collects payments on is shown to you in the app, because that is how you pay it. The separate alias Laeeb uses to pay an academy its earnings is visible only to that academy's owner.
07Where your data is stored
Laeeb runs on Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the eu-north-1 region in Stockholm, Sweden. Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest by the hosting provider. Encrypted backups are stored on Cloudflare R2. If you use Laeeb from Jordan, this means your personal data is transferred to and stored in the European Union.
08Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run Laeeb. Each processes data only on our instructions, and only for the purpose listed.

09Analytics and tracking
We use first-party analytics only, to understand how features are used and to improve them. The app contains no advertising SDKs and no cross-app or cross-site tracking, which is why Laeeb never asks you for tracking permission. Crash reports sent to Sentry are stripped of personal identifiers. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
10Your rights and choices
- Export. Profile, Settings, Export my data gives you a JSON file containing your profile, bookings, payments, ratings and messages.
- Delete. Profile, Settings, Delete account removes your account. See the next section for exactly what happens.
- Correct. You can edit your name, photo, sports and skill level in your profile at any time.
- Notifications. You can turn push notifications off in the app or in iOS Settings.
- Permissions. Location, photos, camera and calendar access can each be revoked at any time in iOS Settings.
11What happens when you delete your account
Deletion takes effect immediately. There is no waiting period and no recovery window, so please export your data first if you want a copy.
- Anonymised. Your profile name is replaced, and your phone number, email, profile photo and linked Apple or Google sign-in are removed. Your sign-in credentials are destroyed and you can no longer log in.
- Permanently deleted. Your academy memberships, the reviews you wrote, ratings you gave or received, your notification inbox, and your saved preferences.
- Retained. Booking and payment records, which we are required to keep for financial and tax purposes and which are no longer linked to your name or phone number. We also retain any ban or abuse report so that it cannot be evaded by registering again.
12How long we keep data
We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. Financial and booking records are kept for as long as Jordanian tax and commercial law requires, in anonymised form after account deletion. Crash diagnostics are kept for a limited period by Sentry and then discarded.
13Children
Laeeb is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. A parent or guardian who believes a child has registered should contact us and we will remove the account.
14Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your rows is enforced in the database itself, not only in the app, and is scoped per academy. Sign-in tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain rather than in app preferences. Sign-in and sensitive operations are rate limited. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users if a breach occurs that puts personal data at risk.
15Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

سياسة الخصوصية
لعّيب تطبيق لحجز الحصص الرياضية والمطابقة بين اللاعبين في عمّان، الأردن. توضّح هذه السياسة ما الذي نجمعه، ولماذا نجمعه، ومن يمكنه الاطلاع عليه، وما الذي يمكنك فعله حياله. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدم الإعلانات أو التتبّع عبر التطبيقات.
باختصار
- لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا توجد في التطبيق أي أدوات إعلانية أو أدوات تتبّع.
- الموقع المستخدَم لترتيب الملاعب حسب المسافة يبقى على جهازك، ولا يُخزَّن على خوادمنا سوى عنوان السكن إن اخترت حفظه، ولا ترى الأكاديميات سوى المنطقة التي يقع فيها محسوبةً مع لاعبين آخرين.
- لعّيب لا يستقبل أرقام البطاقات ولا يخزّنها.
- يمكنك تصدير كل ما نحتفظ به عنك، أو حذف حسابك، من داخل التطبيق.
01ما الذي نجمعه
- بيانات الحساب. اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك الإلكتروني والرياضات التي تمارسها ومستواك، وصورة شخصية وعنوان سكن إن اخترت إضافتهما.
- النشاط. حجوزاتك ومدفوعاتك وحضورك ونتائج البطولات والتقييمات التي تمنحها وتتلقاها والرسائل التي ترسلها إلى طاقم الأكاديمية عبر التطبيق.
- سجلات الدفع. طريقة الدفع والمبلغ والحالة، وصورة الإيصال التي ترفعها عند الدفع عبر كليك.
- بيانات الجهاز. رمز الإشعارات إن فعّلت الإشعارات، وتقارير الأعطال التي تُجمَع دون معرّفات شخصية.
02الموقع الجغرافي
يستخدم لعّيب الموقع بطريقتين منفصلتين، ومن المهم التمييز بينهما.
- الترتيب حسب المسافة. يطلب لعّيب الوصول إلى موقعك أثناء استخدامك للتطبيق فقط، وعند أول استخدام لميزة تعتمد على المسافة. تُستخدم الإحداثيات على جهازك لترتيب الأكاديميات والحصص حسب قربها منك ولتوسيط الخريطة. لا تُرسَل إلى خوادمنا، ولا تُخزَّن، ولا يُحتفظ بسجل لها، ولا يوجد وصول إلى الموقع في الخلفية. إذا رفضت الإذن يعمل التطبيق كالمعتاد ويعرض الملاعب مرتّبة أبجديًا بدلًا من المسافة.
- عنوان السكن الذي تحفظه. يمكنك اختياريًا تحديد عنوان سكنك بوضع دبوس على الخريطة في ملفك الشخصي. وخلافًا لما سبق، يُحفَظ هذا الدبوس في حسابك على خوادمنا ليكون متاحًا على أي جهاز تسجّل الدخول منه. ويمكنك تعديله أو إزالته في أي وقت من ملفك الشخصي.
- المنطقة، ومشاركتها مع الأكاديميات التي تحجز لديها. إذا حفظت دبوس سكنك، تستطيع الأكاديمية التي تحجز لديها معرفة المنطقة التي يقع فيها، ضمن عدد إجمالي مع لاعبين آخرين. ولا يُعرض عليها دبوسك ولا عنوانك ولا إحداثياتك، ولا تعرف أين يسكن أي لاعب بعينه. ولا تظهر المنطقة أصلًا إلا إذا حفظ خمسة لاعبين على الأقل من لاعبي تلك الأكاديمية فيها دبوسًا، كما تُقرَّب الأعداد المعروضة إلى أقرب خمسة، فلا يُغيّر انضمام لاعب واحد أو مغادرته ما تراه الأكاديمية. ويمكنك إيقاف ذلك في أي وقت من الملف الشخصي ← الخصوصية، من خيار «مشاركة منطقتي مع الأكاديميات»؛ وعند إيقافه تُستبعَد فورًا من عدّ كل أكاديمية، ويبقى دبوسك يعمل لكل ما عداه.
03الكاميرا والصور والتقويم
تُستخدم الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور فقط عند إرفاق إيصال دفع أو تعيين صورة شخصية. الإيصال الذي ترفعه يظهر لمسؤول الأكاديمية الذي يتحقق من الدفعة، ولنا لأغراض الدعم ومعالجة النزاعات. أما التقويم فالوصول إليه للكتابة فقط: يستطيع لعّيب إضافة حصة حجزتها إلى تقويمك، ولا يستطيع قراءة الأحداث الموجودة فيه.
04لماذا نجمعها
لتشغيل المنصة. يشمل ذلك حجز مقعدك وتأكيده، ومعالجة المدفوعات والتحقق منها، وإظهار قائمة الحضور للأكاديميات، وبناء التصنيفات واقتراحات المباريات، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام والتخلّف عن الحضور، والرد على طلبات الدعم، وتحسين المنتج. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
05من يرى ماذا
- الأكاديمية التي تحجز لديها ترى اسمك ورقم هاتفك والمبلغ المدفوع وحضورك وأي إيصال رفعته إليها. وإذا حفظت دبوس سكنك ولم توقف مشاركة المنطقة، ترى كذلك المنطقة التي يقع فيها، محسوبةً مع لاعبين آخرين ودون نسبتها إليك.
- المدربون في تلك الأكاديمية يرون اسمك وحضورك في حصصهم.
- اللاعبون الآخرون في الحصة يرون اسمك ورياضتك ومستواك، ولا يرون رقم هاتفك أو بريدك الإلكتروني إطلاقًا.
- فريق لعّيب يطّلع على بياناتك فقط عند الحاجة للدعم أو معالجة الاحتيال أو الالتزام بواجب قانوني.
- الصلاحيات محصورة بكل أكاديمية على حدة، فلا تستطيع أي أكاديمية الاطلاع على نشاطك لدى أكاديمية أخرى.
06المدفوعات
عند الإطلاق يدفع اللاعبون للأكاديميات عبر كليك أو نقدًا. مع كليك تدفع للأكاديمية مباشرة على الاسم المستعار الظاهر في التطبيق وترفع إيصالًا يتحقق منه المسؤول يدويًا. أما النقد فيُحصَّل عند الوصول وتسجّله الأكاديمية كمدفوع.
وحيثما تكون البطاقة وApple Pay مفعّلتين، تتم معالجة الدفع عبر PayTabs، وهي جهة معالجة مدفوعات معتمدة وفق معيار PCI DSS. تُدخَل أرقام البطاقات وتُعالَج لدى PayTabs، ولا يستقبلها لعّيب ولا يخزّنها. أما اشتراكات الأكاديميات في لعّيب فتُحصَّل عبر الشراء داخل التطبيق من Apple، وتتولى Apple معالجة بيانات الدفع وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
الاسم المستعار لكليك الذي تستقبل عليه الأكاديمية المدفوعات يظهر لك داخل التطبيق، لأنه الوسيلة التي تدفع بها. أما الاسم المستعار المنفصل الذي يستخدمه لعّيب لتحويل أرباح الأكاديمية إليها فلا يراه إلا مالك تلك الأكاديمية.
07أين تُخزَّن بياناتك
يعمل لعّيب على Supabase، المستضافة على Amazon Web Services في منطقة eu-north-1 في ستوكهولم، السويد. بياناتك مشفّرة أثناء النقل عبر TLS ومشفّرة أثناء التخزين لدى مزوّد الاستضافة، والنسخ الاحتياطية مشفّرة ومخزّنة على Cloudflare R2. إذا كنت تستخدم لعّيب من الأردن فهذا يعني أن بياناتك الشخصية تُنقل إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي وتُخزَّن فيه.
08مزوّدو الخدمة
نعتمد على عدد محدود من المزوّدين لتشغيل لعّيب. يعالج كلٌّ منهم البيانات وفق تعليماتنا فقط وللغرض المذكور دون سواه.

09التحليلات والتتبّع
نستخدم تحليلات الطرف الأول فقط لفهم كيفية استخدام الميزات وتحسينها. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي أدوات إعلانية ولا على أي تتبّع عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع، ولهذا لا يطلب منك لعّيب إذن التتبّع إطلاقًا. وتقارير الأعطال المرسلة إلى Sentry تُجرَّد من المعرّفات الشخصية. ولا يضع هذا الموقع أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية أو تحليلية.
10حقوقك وخياراتك
- التصدير. من الملف الشخصي ثم الإعدادات ثم تصدير بياناتي تحصل على ملف JSON يضم ملفك الشخصي وحجوزاتك ومدفوعاتك وتقييماتك ورسائلك.
- الحذف. من الملف الشخصي ثم الإعدادات ثم حذف الحساب. راجع القسم التالي لمعرفة ما يحدث بالضبط.
- التصحيح. يمكنك تعديل اسمك وصورتك ورياضاتك ومستواك في ملفك الشخصي في أي وقت.
- الإشعارات. يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات من التطبيق أو من إعدادات iOS.
- الأذونات. يمكن سحب إذن الموقع والصور والكاميرا والتقويم في أي وقت من إعدادات iOS.
11ماذا يحدث عند حذف حسابك
يسري الحذف فورًا. لا توجد مهلة انتظار ولا فترة استرجاع، لذا يُستحسن تصدير بياناتك أولًا إن أردت الاحتفاظ بنسخة.
- يُخفى تعريفك. يُستبدل اسمك، ويُزال رقم هاتفك وبريدك وصورتك الشخصية وارتباط الدخول عبر Apple أو Google، وتُتلَف بيانات الدخول فلا يعود بإمكانك تسجيل الدخول.
- يُحذف نهائيًا. عضوياتك في الأكاديميات، والمراجعات التي كتبتها، والتقييمات التي منحتها أو تلقيتها، وصندوق إشعاراتك، وتفضيلاتك المحفوظة.
- يُحتفظ به. سجلات الحجز والدفع، ونحن ملزمون بالاحتفاظ بها لأغراض مالية وضريبية، ولا تبقى مرتبطة باسمك أو رقم هاتفك. كما نحتفظ بأي حظر أو بلاغ إساءة حتى لا يمكن الالتفاف عليه بالتسجيل من جديد.
12مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام حسابك مفتوحًا. أما السجلات المالية وسجلات الحجز فنحتفظ بها للمدة التي تفرضها القوانين الضريبية والتجارية الأردنية، وبصيغة مجهولة الهوية بعد حذف الحساب. وتُحفظ تقارير الأعطال لدى Sentry لمدة محدودة ثم تُتلَف.
13الأطفال
لعّيب غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم الشخصية عن علم. وإذا اعتقد ولي الأمر أن طفلًا قد سجّل حسابًا فليتواصل معنا وسنقوم بإزالة الحساب.
14الأمان
البيانات مشفّرة أثناء النقل وأثناء التخزين. وتُطبَّق صلاحيات الوصول إلى سجلاتك داخل قاعدة البيانات نفسها لا في التطبيق وحده، وهي محصورة بكل أكاديمية على حدة. وتُحفظ رموز الدخول في Keychain الخاص بنظام iOS لا في تفضيلات التطبيق، كما أن عمليات الدخول والعمليات الحساسة محكومة بحدود لمعدّل الطلبات. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، وسنُبلغ المتأثرين إذا وقع خرق يعرّض البيانات الشخصية للخطر.
15تعديلات هذه السياسة
إذا عدّلنا هذه السياسة فسنحدّث التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة. وإذا كان التعديل يمسّ جوهريًا طريقة تعاملنا مع بياناتك فسنُعلمك داخل التطبيق قبل أن يسري.
