Terms of Use

The agreement between you and Laeeb for using the Laeeb app and website. Please read it carefully: by creating an account, or by using Laeeb, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Campaign Rules. Version 2026-10-22.

01About these Terms and acceptance

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Laeeb Commerce LLC, a company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan ("Laeeb", "we", "us" or "our"), and govern your access to and use of the Laeeb mobile application, the website at laeeb.app and every related service, feature and content (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, by tapping "Continue" or any similar button that refers to these Terms, or by accessing or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund and Cancellation Policy and our Campaign Rules, each of which forms part of these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not create an account or use the Service.

02Definitions

"Academy" means any academy, club, coach, venue, court operator or other business that lists sessions, courts or services on Laeeb. "Session" means any class, training, game, event or activity an Academy offers through the Service. "Court Rental" means the hire of a court or facility through the Service. "Booking" means a reservation of a Session or Court Rental made through the Service. "Campaign" means any promotion, offer, code, discount, free session or similar benefit offered through the Service. "Balance" means the academy credit described under "Academy Balance" below. "Guardian" means a parent or legal guardian. "Child Profile" means a profile a Guardian creates for a child under their care.

03Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18 (or under the age of legal majority where you live), you confirm that your parent or Guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf, and that they are responsible for your use of the Service and for any payment you make.

A Guardian may create Child Profiles for children under their care and book Sessions for them. A Guardian who does so accepts these Terms on the child's behalf, confirms they have the legal authority to do so, consents to the child's participation, and is responsible for the child's conduct, safety arrangements, attendance and payments.

04Your account

You must give accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date. One person may hold only one account; your phone number is your primary identity on Laeeb, and signing in with Apple or Google links to that same account. You must not create an account for anyone else, impersonate any person, or create duplicate or fake accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@laeeb.app if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

05Laeeb's role

Laeeb is a technology platform that lets you discover and book Sessions and Court Rentals offered by independent Academies. Laeeb does not organise, operate, supervise, coach or control any Session, venue or activity, and does not employ any Academy, coach or staff member. Each Academy is solely responsible for its Sessions, premises, equipment, staff, safety measures, schedules, prices, refund policy and conduct.

The listing of an Academy, Session or coach on Laeeb is not an endorsement, guarantee or recommendation, and Laeeb makes no promise as to the quality, safety, legality or suitability of any Academy or Session.

06Bookings

A Booking exists only once our server confirms it. Prices, availability, seat counts and waitlist positions shown in the app are provided for convenience and may change until your Booking is confirmed. A Booking that is pending, awaiting payment or awaiting the Academy's approval does not reserve a place, and may be cancelled automatically if payment is not completed in time or if the Session becomes full.

An Academy may accept, decline or cancel Bookings in line with these Terms and its own policies. The price you pay is the price confirmed at the time of Booking. You must follow the Academy's rules, arrive on time, and present any confirmation requested.

07Payments

Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinars (JOD). Depending on what each Academy enables, you may pay by:

CliQ and cash payments are made directly between you and the Academy. Laeeb does not receive, hold or control those funds and is not a party to those payments. You authorise Laeeb and its payment processor to charge the payment method you select for any card or Apple Pay Booking you confirm.

08Cancellations, refunds and no-shows

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, shown in the app, and by the refund policy the Academy displays at the time of your Booking, which is recorded with your Booking. In summary, for card and Apple Pay Bookings: 100% is refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start, 50% between 24 and 48 hours, and nothing within 24 hours, unless the Academy's displayed policy says otherwise. Court Rentals are refunded in full if cancelled at least 24 hours before the slot and not at all after that. If an Academy cancels, you receive a full refund.

Only card and Apple Pay payments are refunded by Laeeb. A refund owed on a CliQ payment is the Academy's obligation and is paid by the Academy directly to you. Cash is never refunded by Laeeb. Where an Academy's policy allows it, a late cancellation of a cash Booking may leave an amount owed by you to the Academy.

If you do not attend a confirmed Booking without cancelling, the Academy may record a no-show. No-shows are recorded per Academy and may affect your ability to book with that Academy.

09Academy Balance

Some Academies may issue a Balance to your account, for example instead of a refund when the applicable rules allow it. A Balance:

Laeeb may correct any Balance that was issued in error, by fraud or in breach of these Terms. Laeeb's records of your Balance are conclusive except in case of obvious error.

10Campaigns, promotions and codes

Campaigns are offered at Laeeb's sole discretion and are governed by the Campaign Rules, which form part of these Terms. Unless the Campaign states otherwise, each Campaign may be used once per person, is subject to limits by Campaign, sport, Session and Academy, does not apply to group Bookings, has no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers. Laeeb may change, pause, limit or end any Campaign or code at any time, without prior notice, and may cancel any benefit obtained through error, abuse or fraud.

11Assumption of risk and health

Sport and physical activity carry inherent risks, including injury, illness, disability and, in rare cases, death. By booking or attending any Session or Court Rental, you (or your Guardian, for a minor or Child Profile) voluntarily accept these risks. You confirm you are physically fit to take part, will seek medical advice where appropriate, will follow the instructions of the Academy and its coaches, and will use suitable equipment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laeeb is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your participation in any activity, from the condition of any venue or equipment, or from the acts or omissions of any Academy, coach or other participant. Your claim for any such matter lies against the person responsible for it. Nothing in this section excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Conduct and community rules

You agree not to:

Laeeb has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report content or block another user from within the app. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts responsible for it.

13Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, reviews, ratings, messages and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Laeeb a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, translate and distribute Your Content for operating, improving and promoting the Service, for as long as it is on the Service and for a reasonable period after for backup, legal and record-keeping purposes. You confirm you have every right needed to grant this licence and that Your Content does not infringe anyone's rights. Laeeb may remove any content at any time.

14Matchmaking, ratings and rankings

Matchmaking, skill levels, ratings, leaderboards, rankings, recommendations and search results are produced by Laeeb's systems and by Academies, are provided "as is" for convenience, and may change at any time. Laeeb does not guarantee their accuracy, any particular match, partner, opponent or result, or any position in any ranking.

15Changes to the Service

Laeeb may, at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability to you, add, change, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of the Service, including any feature, function, sport, Campaign, Academy listing, content or availability in any place. Laeeb is not obliged to maintain any feature or to continue providing the Service.

16Suspension and termination

Laeeb may, at its sole discretion and based on its own assessment, without prior notice and without liability, suspend, restrict or terminate your account or access to all or part of the Service, remove any content, or cancel any Booking, including where we believe you have breached these Terms, misused the Service, acted fraudulently, harmed or risked harming any person or Laeeb, or where required by law or by a payment provider. Where a Booking you paid for by card or Apple Pay is cancelled by Laeeb for a reason that is not your fault, you will be refunded in line with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from within the app, subject to settling any outstanding Bookings, payments, refunds or amounts owed. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those on payments owed, content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law, survive.

17Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, the names "Laeeb" and "لعّيب", and all related trademarks and content (other than Your Content and Academy content), is owned by or licensed to Laeeb and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, Laeeb grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes. No other right is granted.

18Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Apple, Google, our payment processor, hosting and messaging providers, and maps services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Laeeb is not responsible for third-party services, websites or content, or for any act or omission of those third parties.

19Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. Laeeb does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors, viruses or loss of data, or that any Academy, Session or Campaign will be available. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

20Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) Laeeb, its owners, directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, however caused; and (b) Laeeb's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to Laeeb by card or Apple Pay for the specific Booking giving rise to the claim, or, if no such payment exists, fifty Jordanian Dinars (JOD 50).

These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

21Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laeeb, its owners, directors, employees and partners from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or of any law, Your Content, your conduct towards any Academy, coach or other user, or, for a Guardian, the participation of any child for whom you made a Booking.

22Changes to these Terms

Laeeb may amend these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Campaign Rules at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, by publishing the updated version in the app or on laeeb.app. As a matter of practice, and where reasonably practicable, we will tell you about material changes in the app, for example by asking you to review and accept the updated Terms before you continue. The updated version takes effect when published, unless it states otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept it. If you do not accept an update, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

23Force majeure

Laeeb is not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, unrest, government action, strikes, power, internet or telecommunications failures, failures of payment, hosting or app-store providers, cyberattacks and weather.

24Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Laeeb only, not Apple, and Laeeb, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Laeeb, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

25Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to the Service, are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman, Jordan have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before starting any proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@laeeb.app and to try in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

26General

These Terms, together with the documents they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and Laeeb about the Service and replace any earlier agreement on the same subject. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions remain in full force. Laeeb's failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent; Laeeb may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to any affiliate or successor, or in connection with any merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency or employment relationship. We may send you notices through the app, by push notification, by email or by SMS.

These Terms are published in English and Arabic. If there is any inconsistency between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.

الاتفاقية المبرمة بينك وبين لعّيب لاستخدام تطبيق لعّيب وموقعه الإلكتروني. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية: بإنشائك حساباً أو باستخدامك لعّيب فإنك تقبل هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية وقواعد الحملات. الإصدار 2026-10-22.

01نطاق هذه الشروط وقبولها

تشكّل شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") اتفاقية ملزمة بينك وبين شركة Laeeb Commerce LLC، وهي شركة مسجّلة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية ("لعّيب" أو "نحن" أو ضمير المتكلم)، وتحكم وصولك إلى تطبيق لعّيب للهواتف المحمولة والموقع الإلكتروني laeeb.app وكل خدمة وميزة ومحتوى مرتبط بهما (ويُشار إليها مجتمعةً بـ"الخدمة") واستخدامك لها.

بإنشائك حساباً، أو بضغطك على زر "متابعة" أو أي زر مماثل يشير إلى هذه الشروط، أو بوصولك إلى الخدمة أو استخدامها بأي شكل، فإنك تقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها وقبلتها، وكذلك سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء وقواعد الحملات، والتي تُعدّ كل منها جزءاً لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط. وإن لم تقبلها، فلا يجوز لك إنشاء حساب أو استخدام الخدمة.

02التعريفات

"الأكاديمية": أي أكاديمية أو نادٍ أو مدرّب أو منشأة أو مشغّل ملاعب أو أي جهة أخرى تعرض جلسات أو ملاعب أو خدمات على لعّيب. "الجلسة": أي حصة أو تدريب أو مباراة أو فعالية أو نشاط تقدّمه أكاديمية عبر الخدمة. "استئجار الملعب": استئجار ملعب أو مرفق عبر الخدمة. "الحجز": أي حجز لجلسة أو لاستئجار ملعب يتم عبر الخدمة. "الحملة": أي عرض ترويجي أو كود أو خصم أو جلسة مجانية أو ميزة مماثلة تُقدَّم عبر الخدمة. "الرصيد": رصيد الأكاديمية الموصوف أدناه تحت عنوان "رصيد الأكاديمية". "وليّ الأمر": الوالد أو الوصيّ القانوني. "ملف الطفل": الملف الذي ينشئه وليّ الأمر لطفل في رعايته.

03الأهلية والسن

يجب ألّا يقل عمرك عن 13 سنة لإنشاء حساب. وإذا كان عمرك دون 18 سنة (أو دون سن الرشد القانوني في مكان إقامتك)، فإنك تقرّ بأن والدك أو وليّ أمرك قد قرأ هذه الشروط ووافق عليها نيابةً عنك، وأنه مسؤول عن استخدامك للخدمة وعن أي دفعة تقوم بها.

يجوز لوليّ الأمر إنشاء ملفات أطفال للأطفال الذين في رعايته وحجز الجلسات لهم. ووليّ الأمر الذي يفعل ذلك يقبل هذه الشروط نيابةً عن الطفل، ويقرّ بتمتعه بالصلاحية القانونية لذلك، ويوافق على مشاركة الطفل، ويكون مسؤولاً عن سلوك الطفل وترتيبات سلامته وحضوره والمدفوعات المتعلقة به.

04حسابك

يجب أن تقدّم معلومات دقيقة وحديثة وكاملة وأن تحافظ على تحديثها. لا يجوز للشخص الواحد أن يملك أكثر من حساب واحد؛ ورقم هاتفك هو هويتك الأساسية على لعّيب، ويُربط تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google بالحساب ذاته. ولا يجوز لك إنشاء حساب لشخص آخر، أو انتحال شخصية أي شخص، أو إنشاء حسابات مكررة أو وهمية.

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان وسائل تسجيل دخولك وعن كل ما يحدث من خلال حسابك. أبلغنا فوراً على support@laeeb.app إذا اعتقدت أن حسابك استُخدم دون إذنك.

05دور لعّيب

لعّيب منصة تقنية تتيح لك اكتشاف وحجز الجلسات واستئجار الملاعب التي تقدّمها أكاديميات مستقلة. ولا تقوم لعّيب بتنظيم أي جلسة أو منشأة أو نشاط أو تشغيله أو الإشراف عليه أو التدريب فيه أو التحكم به، ولا توظّف أي أكاديمية أو مدرّب أو موظف. وتتحمّل كل أكاديمية وحدها المسؤولية عن جلساتها ومرافقها ومعداتها وموظفيها وإجراءات السلامة لديها وجداولها وأسعارها وسياسة الاسترداد الخاصة بها وسلوكها.

إن إدراج أي أكاديمية أو جلسة أو مدرّب على لعّيب لا يُعدّ تزكيةً أو ضماناً أو توصية، ولا تقدّم لعّيب أي تعهد بشأن جودة أي أكاديمية أو جلسة أو سلامتها أو مشروعيتها أو ملاءمتها.

06الحجوزات

لا ينشأ الحجز إلا بعد تأكيده من خادمنا. والأسعار والتوافر وعدد المقاعد ومواقع قائمة الانتظار المعروضة في التطبيق مقدَّمة للتيسير وقد تتغير إلى حين تأكيد حجزك. والحجز المعلَّق أو بانتظار الدفع أو بانتظار موافقة الأكاديمية لا يحجز مكاناً، وقد يُلغى تلقائياً إذا لم يكتمل الدفع في الوقت المحدد أو إذا اكتمل عدد الجلسة.

يجوز للأكاديمية قبول الحجوزات أو رفضها أو إلغاؤها وفقاً لهذه الشروط ولسياساتها الخاصة. والسعر الذي تدفعه هو السعر المؤكَّد وقت الحجز. ويجب عليك الالتزام بقواعد الأكاديمية والحضور في الموعد وإبراز أي تأكيد يُطلب منك.

07المدفوعات

تُعرض الأسعار بالدينار الأردني. وبحسب ما تفعّله كل أكاديمية، يجوز لك الدفع عن طريق:

تتم مدفوعات CliQ والنقد مباشرةً بينك وبين الأكاديمية، ولا تتلقى لعّيب تلك الأموال ولا تحتفظ بها ولا تتحكم بها، وليست طرفاً في تلك المدفوعات. وأنت تفوّض لعّيب ومعالج الدفع الخاص بها بخصم المبلغ من وسيلة الدفع التي تختارها لأي حجز بالبطاقة أو Apple Pay تؤكّده.

08الإلغاء والاسترداد وعدم الحضور

تخضع عمليات الإلغاء والاسترداد لسياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء الخاصة بنا المعروضة في التطبيق، ولسياسة الاسترداد التي تعرضها الأكاديمية وقت حجزك والمسجّلة مع حجزك. وباختصار، بالنسبة لحجوزات البطاقة وApple Pay: يُسترد 100% إذا ألغيت قبل موعد البدء بـ48 ساعة على الأقل، و50% إذا ألغيت بين 24 و48 ساعة، ولا شيء خلال 24 ساعة، ما لم تنص سياسة الأكاديمية المعروضة على خلاف ذلك. ويُسترد مبلغ استئجار الملعب كاملاً إذا أُلغي قبل الموعد بـ24 ساعة على الأقل، ولا يُسترد شيء بعد ذلك. وإذا ألغت الأكاديمية، فإنك تحصل على استرداد كامل.

لا تسترد لعّيب إلا مدفوعات البطاقة وApple Pay. وأي استرداد مستحق عن دفعة CliQ هو التزام على الأكاديمية تدفعه لك مباشرةً. ولا تسترد لعّيب النقد مطلقاً. وحيث تسمح سياسة الأكاديمية بذلك، قد يترتب على الإلغاء المتأخر لحجز نقدي مبلغ مستحق عليك للأكاديمية.

إذا لم تحضر حجزاً مؤكَّداً دون أن تلغيه، يجوز للأكاديمية تسجيل غياب عليك. وتُسجَّل حالات الغياب لكل أكاديمية على حدة، وقد تؤثر على قدرتك على الحجز لدى تلك الأكاديمية.

09رصيد الأكاديمية

قد تمنح بعض الأكاديميات رصيداً لحسابك، على سبيل المثال بدلاً من الاسترداد حين تسمح القواعد المعمول بها بذلك. والرصيد:

يجوز للعّيب تصحيح أي رصيد مُنح عن طريق الخطأ أو الاحتيال أو بالمخالفة لهذه الشروط. وتُعدّ سجلات لعّيب لرصيدك حجةً قاطعة إلا في حالة الخطأ الظاهر.

10الحملات والعروض الترويجية والأكواد

تُقدَّم الحملات وفق تقدير لعّيب المطلق، وتخضع لقواعد الحملات التي تُعدّ جزءاً من هذه الشروط. وما لم تنص الحملة على خلاف ذلك، فإن كل حملة تُستخدم مرة واحدة لكل شخص، وتخضع لحدود بحسب الحملة والرياضة والجلسة والأكاديمية، ولا تنطبق على الحجوزات الجماعية، وليست لها قيمة نقدية، ولا يجوز الجمع بينها وبين عروض أخرى. ويجوز للعّيب تعديل أي حملة أو كود أو إيقافه مؤقتاً أو تقييده أو إنهاؤه في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق، كما يجوز لها إلغاء أي ميزة تم الحصول عليها نتيجة خطأ أو إساءة استخدام أو احتيال.

11تحمّل المخاطر والحالة الصحية

تنطوي الرياضة والنشاط البدني على مخاطر متأصلة، منها الإصابة والمرض والعجز، وفي حالات نادرة الوفاة. وبحجزك أي جلسة أو استئجار ملعب أو حضورك له، فإنك (أو وليّ أمرك بالنسبة للقاصر أو ملف الطفل) تقبل هذه المخاطر طوعاً. وتقرّ بأنك لائق بدنياً للمشاركة، وبأنك ستطلب المشورة الطبية عند الاقتضاء، وستتبع تعليمات الأكاديمية ومدرّبيها، وستستخدم معدات مناسبة.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا تتحمّل لعّيب أي مسؤولية عن أي إصابة أو خسارة أو ضرر ينشأ عن مشاركتك في أي نشاط، أو عن حالة أي منشأة أو معدات، أو عن أفعال أي أكاديمية أو مدرّب أو مشارك آخر أو إغفالاتهم. وتكون مطالبتك بشأن أي من ذلك في مواجهة الشخص المسؤول عنه. ولا يستثني هذا البند أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استثناؤها بموجب القانون المعمول به.

12السلوك وقواعد المجتمع

توافق على ألّا تقوم بما يلي:

لا تتسامح لعّيب مطلقاً مع المحتوى المرفوض أو السلوك المسيء. ويمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي محتوى أو حظر مستخدم آخر من داخل التطبيق. ونحن نراجع البلاغات، ويجوز لنا إزالة المحتوى وتعليق الحسابات المسؤولة عنه أو إنهاؤها.

تحتفظ بملكية الصور والمراجعات والتقييمات والرسائل وغيرها من المحتوى الذي تقدّمه ("محتواك"). وتمنح لعّيب ترخيصاً عالمياً غير حصري ومجانياً وقابلاً للنقل وللترخيص من الباطن لاستضافة محتواك وتخزينه ونسخه وعرضه وتكييفه وترجمته وتوزيعه لأغراض تشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها والترويج لها، طوال مدة وجوده على الخدمة ولمدة معقولة بعد ذلك لأغراض النسخ الاحتياطي والأغراض القانونية وحفظ السجلات. وتقرّ بأنك تملك كل الحقوق اللازمة لمنح هذا الترخيص وبأن محتواك لا يتعدى على حقوق أي شخص. ويجوز للعّيب إزالة أي محتوى في أي وقت.

14مطابقة اللاعبين والتقييمات والتصنيفات

تُنتَج مطابقة اللاعبين ومستويات المهارة والتقييمات ولوحات المتصدرين والتصنيفات والتوصيات ونتائج البحث بواسطة أنظمة لعّيب والأكاديميات، وتُقدَّم "كما هي" للتيسير، وقد تتغير في أي وقت. ولا تضمن لعّيب دقتها، ولا أي مطابقة أو شريك أو خصم أو نتيجة بعينها، ولا أي مركز في أي تصنيف.

15التغييرات على الخدمة

يجوز للعّيب، في أي وقت ووفق تقديرها المطلق، ودون إشعار مسبق ودون أي مسؤولية تجاهك، إضافة أي جزء من الخدمة أو تغييره أو تعليقه أو تقييده أو إيقافه، بما في ذلك أي ميزة أو وظيفة أو رياضة أو حملة أو إدراج لأكاديمية أو محتوى أو توافر في أي مكان. ولا تلتزم لعّيب بالإبقاء على أي ميزة أو بالاستمرار في تقديم الخدمة.

16التعليق والإنهاء

يجوز للعّيب، وفق تقديرها المطلق وبناءً على تقييمها الخاص، ودون إشعار مسبق ودون أي مسؤولية، تعليق حسابك أو تقييده أو إنهاؤه أو تقييد وصولك إلى الخدمة كلها أو جزء منها، أو إزالة أي محتوى، أو إلغاء أي حجز، بما في ذلك إذا اعتقدنا أنك خالفت هذه الشروط أو أسأت استخدام الخدمة أو تصرفت باحتيال أو ألحقت ضرراً أو عرّضت للضرر أي شخص أو لعّيب، أو إذا اقتضى ذلك القانون أو أحد مزوّدي خدمات الدفع. وإذا ألغت لعّيب حجزاً دفعت ثمنه بالبطاقة أو Apple Pay لسبب لا يعود إلى خطئك، فسيُرد لك المبلغ وفقاً لسياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء.

يجوز لك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت، ويجوز لك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق، شريطة تسوية أي حجوزات أو مدفوعات أو مبالغ مستردة أو مبالغ مستحقة قائمة. وتظل سارية بعد الإنهاء البنود التي تقتضي طبيعتها بقاءها، بما فيها البنود المتعلقة بالمبالغ المستحقة والمحتوى وإخلاء المسؤولية والمسؤولية والتعويض والقانون الواجب التطبيق.

17الملكية الفكرية

إن الخدمة، بما فيها برمجياتها وتصميمها ونصوصها ورسوماتها وشعاراتها والاسمان "Laeeb" و"لعّيب" وجميع العلامات التجارية والمحتوى المرتبط بها (باستثناء محتواك ومحتوى الأكاديميات)، مملوكة للعّيب أو مرخَّصة لها ومحمية بموجب القانون. ومع مراعاة هذه الشروط، تمنحك لعّيب ترخيصاً شخصياً ومحدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للنقل وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام الخدمة لأغراضك الخاصة غير التجارية. ولا يُمنح أي حق آخر.

18خدمات الأطراف الثالثة

تعتمد الخدمة على أطراف ثالثة، منها Apple وGoogle ومعالج الدفع الخاص بنا ومزوّدو الاستضافة والمراسلة وخدمات الخرائط. وقد يخضع استخدامك لتلك الخدمات لشروطها وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. ولا تتحمّل لعّيب المسؤولية عن خدمات الأطراف الثالثة أو مواقعها أو محتواها، ولا عن أي فعل أو إغفال من تلك الأطراف.

19إخلاء المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب توافرها"، دون أي ضمان من أي نوع، صريحاً كان أو ضمنياً، بما في ذلك ضمانات القابلية للتسويق والملاءمة لغرض معين والدقة والتوافر وعدم التعدي. ولا تضمن لعّيب أن تكون الخدمة متواصلة أو في الوقت المناسب أو آمنة أو خالية من الأخطاء أو الفيروسات أو فقدان البيانات، ولا أن تكون أي أكاديمية أو جلسة أو حملة متاحة. ولا يؤثر أي شيء في هذه الشروط على أي حق مقرر قانوناً لا يجوز التنازل عنه بموجب القانون المعمول به.

20تحديد المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به: (أ) لا تتحمّل لعّيب ومالكوها ومديروها وموظفوها وشركاؤها المسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو ضرر غير مباشر أو عرضي أو خاص أو تبعي أو تأديبي أو جزائي، ولا عن أي خسارة في الأرباح أو الإيرادات أو البيانات أو السمعة أو الفرص، أياً كان سببها؛ و(ب) تقتصر المسؤولية الإجمالية للعّيب تجاهك عن جميع المطالبات الناشئة عن الخدمة أو هذه الشروط أو المتعلقة بها على المبلغ الذي دفعته للعّيب بالبطاقة أو Apple Pay عن الحجز المحدد الذي نشأت عنه المطالبة، أو على خمسين ديناراً أردنياً (50 دينار) إذا لم توجد مثل هذه الدفعة.

لا تنطبق هذه الحدود على المسؤولية عن الاحتيال أو سوء السلوك المتعمد أو الإهمال الجسيم، ولا على أي مسؤولية أخرى لا يجوز قانوناً تحديدها أو استثناؤها.

21التعويض

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، توافق على تعويض لعّيب ومالكيها ومديريها وموظفيها وشركائها وإبراء ذمتهم من أي مطالبة أو طلب أو خسارة أو مسؤولية أو ضرر أو تكلفة أو نفقة (بما في ذلك أتعاب المحاماة المعقولة) تنشأ عن مخالفتك لهذه الشروط أو لأي قانون، أو عن محتواك، أو عن سلوكك تجاه أي أكاديمية أو مدرّب أو مستخدم آخر، أو، بالنسبة لوليّ الأمر، عن مشاركة أي طفل أجريت له حجزاً، أو تتعلق بأي من ذلك.

22التعديلات على هذه الشروط

يجوز للعّيب تعديل هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء وقواعد الحملات في أي وقت، وفق تقديرها المطلق ودون إشعار مسبق، وذلك بنشر النسخة المحدَّثة في التطبيق أو على laeeb.app. وجرياً على الممارسة المعتادة، وحيثما كان ذلك ممكناً بشكل معقول، سنبلغك بالتعديلات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق، كأن نطلب منك مراجعة الشروط المحدَّثة وقبولها قبل المتابعة. وتسري النسخة المحدَّثة من تاريخ نشرها ما لم تنص على خلاف ذلك. ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التحديث قبولاً منك له. وإن لم تقبل أي تحديث، فعليك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة، ويجوز لك حذف حسابك.

23القوة القاهرة

لا تتحمّل لعّيب المسؤولية عن أي إخفاق أو تأخير ناتج عن أحداث خارجة عن سيطرتها المعقولة، بما في ذلك الكوارث الطبيعية والأوبئة والحروب والاضطرابات والإجراءات الحكومية والإضرابات وأعطال الكهرباء أو الإنترنت أو الاتصالات وإخفاقات مزوّدي خدمات الدفع أو الاستضافة أو متاجر التطبيقات والهجمات الإلكترونية والأحوال الجوية.

24شروط متجر Apple App Store

إذا قمت بتنزيل التطبيق من متجر Apple App Store: فإن هذه الشروط مبرمة بينك وبين لعّيب فقط وليس مع Apple، ولعّيب وحدها، وليست Apple، مسؤولة عن التطبيق ومحتواه. ولا تلتزم Apple بتقديم أي صيانة أو دعم للتطبيق. وإذا لم يطابق التطبيق أي ضمان معمول به، يجوز لك إخطار Apple، وستردّ Apple سعر شراء التطبيق (إن وُجد)؛ وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل Apple أي التزام آخر بالضمان فيما يتعلق بالتطبيق. ولعّيب، وليست Apple، هي المسؤولة عن معالجة أي مطالبات تتعلق بالتطبيق، بما في ذلك مطالبات المسؤولية عن المنتج، والمطالبات بعدم مطابقة التطبيق لأي متطلب قانوني أو تنظيمي، ومطالبات حماية المستهلك، وأي مطالبة بأن التطبيق يتعدى على حقوق الملكية الفكرية لطرف ثالث. وتقرّ بأنك لست مقيماً في دولة خاضعة لحظر حكومي أو مصنّفة على أنها داعمة للإرهاب، وبأنك لست مدرجاً على أي قائمة حكومية للأطراف المحظورة أو المقيدة. ويجب عليك الالتزام بأي شروط معمول بها لأطراف ثالثة عند استخدام التطبيق. وتُعدّ Apple وشركاتها التابعة أطرافاً ثالثة مستفيدة من هذه الشروط، ويحق لها إنفاذها في مواجهتك.

25القانون الواجب التطبيق وتسوية النزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط، وأي نزاع أو مطالبة تنشأ عنها أو عن الخدمة أو تتعلق بهما، لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. وتختص محاكم عمّان في الأردن حصرياً بالنظر في أي نزاع، إلا حيث يمنحك القانون المعمول به الحق في رفع دعوى في مكان آخر. وقبل اتخاذ أي إجراءات، توافق على التواصل معنا على support@laeeb.app والسعي بحسن نية إلى تسوية النزاع خلال 30 يوماً.

26أحكام عامة

تشكّل هذه الشروط، مع المستندات المشار إليها فيها، الاتفاق الكامل بينك وبين لعّيب بشأن الخدمة، وتحل محل أي اتفاق سابق في الموضوع ذاته. وإذا تبيّن أن أي حكم منها باطل أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فإنه يُنفَّذ إلى أقصى حد مسموح به وتبقى الأحكام الأخرى سارية بكامل قوتها. ولا يُعدّ عدم ممارسة لعّيب لأي حق تنازلاً عنه. ولا يجوز لك التنازل عن حقوقك أو التزاماتك أو نقلها دون موافقتنا الخطية؛ ويجوز للعّيب التنازل عن حقوقها والتزاماتها أو نقلها إلى أي شركة تابعة أو خلف، أو في إطار أي اندماج أو استحواذ أو بيع للأصول. ولا ينشئ أي شيء في هذه الشروط أي علاقة شراكة أو وكالة أو عمل. ويجوز لنا إرسال الإشعارات إليك عبر التطبيق أو الإشعارات الفورية أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية.

تُنشر هذه الشروط باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية. وفي حال وجود أي تعارض بين النسختين، تسود النسخة العربية.
