Terms of Service
The plain-language deal between you and Laeeb. Eight short sections covering what you agree to when you book, play, or run an academy.
Welcome
Laeeb is a marketplace operated by Laeeb Commerce LLC (Jordan, Tax No. JO-82110). These terms govern your use of the app and website. By signing up you agree to be bound by them.
Accounts
Your account is yours. Don't share credentials. You may hold multiple roles (player, academy admin) under one account. We may suspend accounts that violate community rules.
Bookings & Money
Player payments are collected by Laeeb as the Authorized Commercial Collection Agent on behalf of the academy. We split funds via our ledger and remit weekly to academies.
Academy Plans
Academies pay a flat monthly subscription. No commission. Cancel any time — your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
Conduct
No harassment, no discrimination, no off-platform routing of paid bookings. Repeat offenses lead to suspension.
Liability
Sport involves physical risk. By participating you accept this risk. Academies are responsible for premises safety.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified 30 days in advance. Continued use means acceptance.
Jurisdiction
Jordanian law. Disputes resolved in Amman courts.
Academies in the Founding Partner Program are also bound by the Founding Partner Program terms.
شروط الخدمة
الاتفاق الواضح بينك وبين لعّيب. ثمانية أقسام قصيرة تغطي ما توافق عليه عند الحجز أو اللعب أو إدارة أكاديمية.
أهلًا بك
لعّيب منصة تشغّلها شركة لعّيب التجارية ذ.م.م (الأردن، الرقم الضريبي JO-82110). تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك للتطبيق والموقع. بتسجيلك فإنك توافق على الالتزام بها.
الحسابات
حسابك ملكك. لا تشارك بيانات الدخول. يمكنك حمل أكثر من دور (لاعب، مدير أكاديمية) ضمن حساب واحد. قد نعلّق الحسابات التي تخالف قواعد المجتمع.
الحجوزات والأموال
تُحصَّل مدفوعات اللاعبين عبر لعّيب بصفتها وكيل التحصيل التجاري المفوَّض نيابةً عن الأكاديمية. نوزّع الأموال عبر سجلّنا المحاسبي ونحوّلها للأكاديميات أسبوعيًا.
اشتراكات الأكاديميات
تدفع الأكاديميات اشتراكًا شهريًا ثابتًا. بلا عمولة. يمكن الإلغاء في أي وقت — تُحفَظ بياناتك 90 يومًا بعد الإلغاء.
السلوك
لا تحرّش، لا تمييز، ولا تحويل للحجوزات المدفوعة خارج المنصة. تكرار المخالفات يؤدي إلى تعليق الحساب.
المسؤولية
الرياضة تنطوي على مخاطر بدنية. بمشاركتك فأنت تقبل هذه المخاطر. الأكاديميات مسؤولة عن سلامة مرافقها.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. نُخطِر بالتغييرات الجوهرية قبل 30 يومًا. استمرار الاستخدام يعني القبول.
الاختصاص القضائي
القانون الأردني. تُحَل النزاعات أمام محاكم عمّان.
تلتزم الأكاديميات المشاركة في برنامج الشريك المؤسِّس أيضًا بشروط برنامج الشريك المؤسِّس.
