Academy Partner Terms

The terms on which an academy, club, coach or venue lists and sells on Laeeb. They apply in addition to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Campaign Rules, and are accepted on the academy's behalf by its owner or manager. Version 2026-10-22.

01Scope and acceptance

These Academy Partner Terms (the "Academy Terms") are a binding agreement between Laeeb Commerce LLC ("Laeeb", "we" or "us") and the business that creates, claims or operates an academy, club, coaching service, venue or court operation on Laeeb (the "Academy"). They govern the Academy's use of Laeeb's academy tools, listing, booking, payment, campaign and related services (the "Partner Services"), and apply in addition to Laeeb's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Campaign Rules, which are incorporated by reference. If these Academy Terms conflict with the Terms of Use on a matter concerning the Academy, these Academy Terms prevail.

The Academy accepts these Academy Terms when its owner or manager taps "Accept" or a similar button referring to them, or when the Academy creates, publishes or operates any listing, session, court or booking on Laeeb, whichever happens first. Laeeb records the version accepted, the date and time, and the person who accepted.

02Authority and eligibility

The person accepting on the Academy's behalf confirms that they are at least 18 years old and are authorised to bind the Academy. The Academy confirms that it is lawfully established, holds and will maintain every licence, permit, registration, insurance and qualification required to offer its activities, and that every coach and staff member it uses is suitably qualified, vetted and, where they work with children, appropriately screened.

03Laeeb's role

Laeeb provides a technology platform. Laeeb is not a provider of sports, coaching, venues or any activity, and is not the employer, agent or partner of the Academy or of any of its staff. For card and Apple Pay payments, Laeeb acts as merchant of record and limited collection agent for the Academy solely to collect payments from players and remit the Academy's share as set out in these Academy Terms. Players contract with the Academy for its Sessions and Court Rentals, and the Academy alone is responsible for delivering them.

04Academy responsibilities

The Academy must:

05Laeeb's discretion over the Partner Services

Laeeb may, at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice and without liability to the Academy, add, change, re-price, restrict, suspend or discontinue any part of the Partner Services, including any feature, tool, report, integration, subscription tier and what each tier includes, any trial, founding, promotional or granted benefit, any Campaign, and any sport, category or city. Laeeb may open new features to some academies and not others, and may close any feature, whether or not the Academy relies on it. No feature, tier benefit, visibility level or Campaign is promised or guaranteed to continue.

06Listing, ranking and visibility

Laeeb decides, at its sole discretion and by its own criteria, whether and how any Academy, Session, court or content is listed, ranked, featured, ordered, recommended, badged, searched or shown, including in Explore, search, maps, campaign pages, banners and notifications. Placement may depend on factors such as relevance, location, availability, ratings, reliability, subscription tier, participation in Campaigns and Laeeb's commercial arrangements. Laeeb does not guarantee any level of visibility, traffic, Bookings or revenue, and may hide, demote or remove any listing or content at any time.

07Subscriptions and tiers

Paid academy subscriptions are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds of subscriptions are handled by Apple; the Academy cancels through its Apple account settings. Subscription prices and the features of each tier are as shown in the app at the time of purchase, and Laeeb may change prices and tier features at any time; a price change applies from the next renewal in line with Apple's rules. Trials, founding rates, grants and other promotional benefits are personal to the Academy, may be withdrawn or varied by Laeeb at any time, and are subject to any program-specific terms, including the Founding Partner Program terms. Only the Academy's owner may purchase or manage its subscription.

08Player payments

The Academy chooses which payment methods to offer from those Laeeb makes available to it:

Laeeb does not receive, hold or control CliQ or cash funds and is not responsible for them. The Academy must keep the CliQ aliases and bank details it gives Laeeb accurate and confirmed.

09Commission, payouts and set-off

For card and Apple Pay payments, Laeeb deducts its commission and any applicable fees at the rates shown in the app or otherwise communicated by Laeeb, and remits the balance to the Academy. Payouts are made manually, weekly, every Saturday (or the next business day), by CliQ transfer to the Academy's confirmed payout CliQ alias. Laeeb is not responsible for any loss caused by an incorrect alias or bank details provided by the Academy. No interest accrues on amounts held pending payout.

Laeeb may withhold, delay, reserve or set off any payout, in whole or in part, against refunds, chargebacks, reversals, fees, penalties, amounts owed by the Academy to Laeeb or to players, or amounts reasonably required while Laeeb investigates suspected fraud, misuse, a dispute or a breach of these Academy Terms. If a refund or chargeback exceeds the amounts held for the Academy, the Academy must pay the difference to Laeeb on demand. The Academy is solely responsible for its taxes, invoices to players and accounting, and Laeeb's payout records are conclusive except in case of obvious error.

10Refunds and cancellations

The Academy may set its own refund policy within the options Laeeb provides; the policy displayed when a player books is recorded on that Booking and governs it. Where a player cancels, the refund due follows that recorded policy. Where the Academy cancels a Session, series or Booking, or a Booking is cancelled because a Session became full or for another reason on the Academy's side, the player is entitled to a 100% refund. Court Rentals follow Laeeb's court rules: 100% if the player cancels at least 24 hours before the slot and 0% after, and 100% at any time if the Academy cancels.

For card and Apple Pay Bookings, Laeeb processes the refund and deducts it from the Academy's payouts. For CliQ Bookings where a refund is due, the refund is the Academy's direct obligation: the Academy must pay it to the player promptly and upload proof of the CliQ refund in the app. Cash is never refunded by Laeeb; any cash refund is between the Academy and the player. The Academy may not use Laeeb's refund tools to make claims it has not carried out.

11Academy Balance

Where Laeeb enables the Balance feature, a player may hold a Balance usable only with the Academy that issued it. The Academy must accept a valid Balance on the Sessions and services covered by Laeeb's Balance rules shown in the app. A Balance is not cash, is specific to the Academy, is not transferable, and expires 6 months after issue unless the app shows a different date. Refunds, reversals and adjustments of Balance follow Laeeb's Balance rules. Laeeb's Balance ledger is conclusive except in case of obvious error, and Laeeb may correct any Balance issued in error or through fraud or misuse.

12Campaigns and promotions

Laeeb may run Campaigns, codes, offers, free sessions and other promotions involving the Academy, its sports or its Sessions, under the Campaign Rules. Laeeb may create, change, limit, pause or end any Campaign, or remove the Academy from any Campaign, at any time and without prior notice. Where the Academy joins or is included in a Campaign, it must honour the Campaign price and conditions on every Booking confirmed while the Campaign applied to it. Any funding or settlement of a Campaign discount is as communicated by Laeeb to the Academy for that Campaign. The Academy must not manipulate, abuse or misrepresent any Campaign.

13Player data

The Academy receives player personal data (such as names, phone numbers, attendance and payment status) only to deliver the Bookings it receives through Laeeb. The Academy must use that data only for that purpose and for its legal obligations, keep it confidential and secure, not sell it, not use it for marketing without the player's lawful consent, not export or scrape it beyond what Laeeb's tools allow, and comply with applicable data protection law, including Jordan's personal data protection law. The Academy must tell Laeeb without delay of any loss, misuse or unauthorised access affecting player data.

14Academy content and licence

The Academy grants Laeeb a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, display and distribute its name, logo, trademarks, photos, videos, descriptions, schedules and other content it provides, in the Service and in Laeeb's marketing, advertising, social media and communications, for as long as the Academy is listed and for a reasonable period after for archived materials. The Academy confirms it owns or is licensed to use all such content, that it is accurate and lawful, and that it has every consent needed from people who appear in it, including Guardians of children.

15Prohibited conduct

The Academy must not:

16Suspension, removal and termination

Laeeb may, at any time, at its sole discretion and based on its own assessment, without prior notice and without liability, suspend, restrict, hide, de-list or remove the Academy, any listing or content, or any user's access to the Academy, and may terminate these Academy Terms, including where Laeeb believes the Academy has misused the Service, breached these Academy Terms or any law, received repeated complaints, created risk for players or Laeeb, or where required by law, by Apple or by a payment provider. Laeeb need not give reasons beyond what applicable law requires.

The Academy may stop using the Partner Services at any time by cancelling its subscription through Apple and asking Laeeb to close the Academy. On suspension or termination: the Academy remains responsible for every confirmed Booking, refund, CliQ refund proof and amount owed; Laeeb may cancel future Bookings and refund players; Laeeb may hold payouts for set-off for as long as reasonably necessary; and provisions that by their nature should survive, including those on payments, refunds, data, licences, liability, indemnity and governing law, survive.

17Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Partner Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. Laeeb does not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that any data will be preserved, or that the Academy will receive any level of Bookings, visibility or revenue.

18Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) Laeeb is not liable to the Academy for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill or opportunity; and (b) Laeeb's total liability to the Academy for all claims arising out of or relating to the Partner Services or these Academy Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the total commission retained by Laeeb from the Academy's Bookings in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to amounts Laeeb owes the Academy as payouts, or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

19Indemnity

The Academy will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Laeeb, its owners, directors, employees and partners from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, fine, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: its Sessions, Court Rentals, premises, equipment, coaches and staff; any injury, illness, death, loss or damage suffered by any player, child or other person in connection with its activities; its content; its handling of payments, refunds and player data; its breach of these Academy Terms or of any law; or any tax owed by it.

20Confidentiality

The Academy must keep confidential any non-public information Laeeb shares with it, including commission rates, Campaign terms, product plans and data, and use it only to use the Partner Services.

21Changes to these Academy Terms

Laeeb may amend these Academy Terms at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, by publishing the updated version in the app or on laeeb.app. As a matter of practice, and where reasonably practicable, Laeeb will ask the Academy's owner or manager to review and accept material updates in the app before continuing to use the academy tools. Continued use of the Partner Services after an update is published constitutes acceptance. If the Academy does not accept an update, its only remedy is to stop using the Partner Services.

22Force majeure

Laeeb is not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, unrest, government action, strikes, utility, internet or telecommunications failures, failures of payment processors, banks, CliQ, hosting providers or Apple, and cyberattacks.

23Governing law and disputes

These Academy Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman, Jordan have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting any proceedings, the Academy will notify Laeeb in writing at support@laeeb.app and the parties will try in good faith to settle the dispute within 30 days.

24General

These Academy Terms, with the documents they incorporate and any program-specific terms, are the entire agreement between Laeeb and the Academy about the Partner Services. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest remains in force. Laeeb's failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. The Academy may not assign or transfer these Academy Terms, or transfer ownership of its Laeeb account, without Laeeb's written consent; Laeeb may assign them to any affiliate or successor. Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, franchise, employment or general agency relationship. Notices to the Academy may be given in the app, by push notification, by email or by SMS to its owner or managers.

These Academy Terms are published in English and Arabic. If there is any inconsistency, the Arabic version prevails.

شروط شركاء الأكاديميات

الشروط التي تعرض وتبيع بموجبها الأكاديمية أو النادي أو المدرّب أو المنشأة على لعّيب. وتسري إضافةً إلى شروط الاستخدام وسياسة الخصوصية وقواعد الحملات، ويقبلها مالك الأكاديمية أو مديرها نيابةً عنها. الإصدار 2026-10-22.

01النطاق والقبول

تشكّل شروط شركاء الأكاديميات هذه ("شروط الأكاديمية") اتفاقية ملزمة بين شركة Laeeb Commerce LLC ("لعّيب" أو "نحن") والجهة التي تنشئ أو تطالب بملكية أو تشغّل أكاديمية أو نادياً أو خدمة تدريب أو منشأة أو تشغيلاً للملاعب على لعّيب ("الأكاديمية"). وتحكم استخدام الأكاديمية لأدوات الأكاديميات وخدمات الإدراج والحجز والدفع والحملات وما يتصل بها من خدمات لعّيب ("خدمات الشركاء")، وتسري إضافةً إلى شروط الاستخدام وسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء وقواعد الحملات الخاصة بلعّيب، والتي تُعدّ جزءاً من هذه الشروط بالإحالة. وفي حال تعارض شروط الأكاديمية هذه مع شروط الاستخدام في أمر يتعلق بالأكاديمية، تسود شروط الأكاديمية.

تقبل الأكاديمية شروط الأكاديمية هذه عندما يضغط مالكها أو مديرها على "موافقة" أو أي زر مماثل يشير إليها، أو عندما تنشئ الأكاديمية أو تنشر أو تشغّل أي إدراج أو جلسة أو ملعب أو حجز على لعّيب، أيهما أسبق. وتسجّل لعّيب الإصدار المقبول وتاريخ القبول ووقته والشخص الذي قَبِل.

02الصلاحية والأهلية

يقرّ الشخص الذي يقبل نيابةً عن الأكاديمية بأن عمره لا يقل عن 18 سنة وبأنه مفوَّض بإلزام الأكاديمية. وتقرّ الأكاديمية بأنها قائمة بصورة قانونية، وبأنها تحوز وستحافظ على كل ترخيص وتصريح وتسجيل وتأمين ومؤهل لازم لتقديم أنشطتها، وبأن كل مدرّب وموظف تستعين به مؤهل على النحو المناسب وخضع للتدقيق، ويخضع للفحص المناسب حيث يعمل مع الأطفال.

03دور لعّيب

تقدّم لعّيب منصة تقنية. ولعّيب ليست مزوّداً للرياضة أو التدريب أو المنشآت أو أي نشاط، وليست صاحبة عمل للأكاديمية أو لأي من موظفيها ولا وكيلاً أو شريكاً لهم. وفيما يخص مدفوعات البطاقة وApple Pay، تعمل لعّيب بصفتها التاجر المسؤول ووكيل تحصيل محدود الصلاحية للأكاديمية لغرض وحيد هو تحصيل المدفوعات من اللاعبين وتحويل حصة الأكاديمية على النحو المبيّن في شروط الأكاديمية هذه. ويتعاقد اللاعبون مع الأكاديمية على جلساتها واستئجار ملاعبها، والأكاديمية وحدها مسؤولة عن تقديمها.

04مسؤوليات الأكاديمية

يجب على الأكاديمية:

05السلطة التقديرية للعّيب على خدمات الشركاء

يجوز للعّيب، في أي وقت ووفق تقديرها المطلق والكامل، ودون إشعار مسبق ودون أي مسؤولية تجاه الأكاديمية، إضافة أي جزء من خدمات الشركاء أو تغييره أو إعادة تسعيره أو تقييده أو تعليقه أو إيقافه، بما في ذلك أي ميزة أو أداة أو تقرير أو تكامل أو فئة اشتراك وما تتضمنه كل فئة، وأي ميزة تجريبية أو تأسيسية أو ترويجية أو ممنوحة، وأي حملة، وأي رياضة أو فئة أو مدينة. ويجوز للعّيب إتاحة ميزات جديدة لبعض الأكاديميات دون غيرها، وإغلاق أي ميزة سواء اعتمدت عليها الأكاديمية أم لا. ولا يُعدّ استمرار أي ميزة أو منفعة فئة أو مستوى ظهور أو حملة أمراً موعوداً به أو مضموناً.

06الإدراج والترتيب والظهور

تقرر لعّيب، وفق تقديرها المطلق وبمعاييرها الخاصة، ما إذا كانت أي أكاديمية أو جلسة أو ملعب أو محتوى سيُدرج أو يُرتَّب أو يُبرز أو يُفرز أو يُوصى به أو يُمنح شارة أو يظهر في البحث أو يُعرض، وكيفية ذلك، بما في ذلك في صفحة الاستكشاف والبحث والخرائط وصفحات الحملات واللافتات والإشعارات. وقد يعتمد الترتيب على عوامل مثل الصلة والموقع والتوافر والتقييمات والموثوقية وفئة الاشتراك والمشاركة في الحملات والترتيبات التجارية للعّيب. ولا تضمن لعّيب أي مستوى من الظهور أو الزيارات أو الحجوزات أو الإيرادات، ويجوز لها إخفاء أي إدراج أو محتوى أو خفض ترتيبه أو إزالته في أي وقت.

07الاشتراكات والفئات

تُشترى اشتراكات الأكاديميات المدفوعة عبر نظام الشراء داخل التطبيق من Apple وتخضع لشروط Apple. وتتولى Apple الفوترة والتجديد والإلغاء واسترداد مبالغ الاشتراكات، وتلغي الأكاديمية اشتراكها من إعدادات حسابها لدى Apple. وتكون أسعار الاشتراكات وميزات كل فئة كما تظهر في التطبيق وقت الشراء، ويجوز للعّيب تغيير الأسعار وميزات الفئات في أي وقت؛ ويسري تغيير السعر اعتباراً من التجديد التالي وفقاً لقواعد Apple. والفترات التجريبية والأسعار التأسيسية والمنح وغيرها من المزايا الترويجية خاصة بالأكاديمية، ويجوز للعّيب سحبها أو تعديلها في أي وقت، وتخضع لأي شروط خاصة بالبرنامج، بما فيها شروط برنامج الشريك المؤسِّس. ولا يجوز إلا لمالك الأكاديمية شراء اشتراكها أو إدارته.

08مدفوعات اللاعبين

تختار الأكاديمية وسائل الدفع التي تعرضها من بين الوسائل التي تتيحها لها لعّيب:

لا تتلقى لعّيب أموال CliQ أو النقد ولا تحتفظ بها ولا تتحكم بها، وليست مسؤولة عنها. ويجب على الأكاديمية المحافظة على دقة أسماء CliQ والبيانات المصرفية التي تقدّمها للعّيب وتأكيدها.

09العمولة والتحويلات والمقاصة

بالنسبة لمدفوعات البطاقة وApple Pay، تقتطع لعّيب عمولتها وأي رسوم مطبّقة بالنسب المعروضة في التطبيق أو التي تبلغها لعّيب بطريقة أخرى، وتحوّل الرصيد المتبقي إلى الأكاديمية. وتتم التحويلات يدوياً وأسبوعياً كل يوم سبت (أو يوم العمل التالي) بحوالة CliQ إلى اسم CliQ المؤكَّد المخصص لتحويلات الأكاديمية. ولا تتحمّل لعّيب المسؤولية عن أي خسارة تنشأ عن اسم أو بيانات مصرفية غير صحيحة قدّمتها الأكاديمية. ولا تستحق أي فوائد على المبالغ المحتفظ بها بانتظار التحويل.

يجوز للعّيب حجب أي تحويل أو تأخيره أو تجنيب احتياطي منه أو إجراء مقاصة عليه، كلياً أو جزئياً، مقابل المبالغ المستردة أو عمليات رد المبالغ أو العكس أو الرسوم أو الغرامات أو المبالغ المستحقة على الأكاديمية للعّيب أو للاعبين، أو المبالغ اللازمة بشكل معقول أثناء تحقيق لعّيب في اشتباه احتيال أو إساءة استخدام أو نزاع أو مخالفة لشروط الأكاديمية هذه. وإذا تجاوز أي استرداد أو رد للمبلغ المبالغ المحتفظ بها لصالح الأكاديمية، وجب على الأكاديمية دفع الفرق للعّيب عند الطلب. والأكاديمية وحدها مسؤولة عن ضرائبها وفواتيرها للاعبين ومحاسبتها، وتُعدّ سجلات التحويلات لدى لعّيب حجةً قاطعة إلا في حالة الخطأ الظاهر.

10الاسترداد والإلغاء

يجوز للأكاديمية تحديد سياسة الاسترداد الخاصة بها ضمن الخيارات التي تتيحها لعّيب؛ وتُسجَّل السياسة المعروضة وقت حجز اللاعب على ذلك الحجز وتحكمه. وعندما يلغي اللاعب، يتبع الاسترداد المستحق تلك السياسة المسجّلة. وعندما تلغي الأكاديمية جلسة أو سلسلة جلسات أو حجزاً، أو يُلغى حجز لاكتمال عدد الجلسة أو لأي سبب آخر يعود إلى الأكاديمية، يحق للاعب استرداد 100%. ويخضع استئجار الملاعب لقواعد الملاعب لدى لعّيب: 100% إذا ألغى اللاعب قبل الموعد بـ24 ساعة على الأقل و0% بعد ذلك، و100% في أي وقت إذا ألغت الأكاديمية.

بالنسبة لحجوزات البطاقة وApple Pay، تعالج لعّيب الاسترداد وتقتطعه من تحويلات الأكاديمية. وبالنسبة لحجوزات CliQ التي يستحق عنها استرداد، يكون الاسترداد التزاماً مباشراً على الأكاديمية: إذ يجب عليها دفعه للاعب دون إبطاء ورفع إثبات حوالة الاسترداد عبر CliQ في التطبيق. ولا تسترد لعّيب النقد مطلقاً؛ وأي استرداد نقدي يكون بين الأكاديمية واللاعب. ولا يجوز للأكاديمية استخدام أدوات الاسترداد في لعّيب للادعاء بأمور لم تنفذها.

11رصيد الأكاديمية

حيث تفعّل لعّيب ميزة الرصيد، قد يملك اللاعب رصيداً لا يُستخدم إلا لدى الأكاديمية التي منحته. ويجب على الأكاديمية قبول الرصيد الساري على الجلسات والخدمات المشمولة بقواعد الرصيد الخاصة بلعّيب المعروضة في التطبيق. والرصيد ليس نقداً، وهو خاص بالأكاديمية، وغير قابل للتحويل، وتنتهي صلاحيته بعد 6 أشهر من منحه ما لم يُظهر التطبيق تاريخاً مختلفاً. ويتبع استرداد الرصيد وعكسه وتعديله قواعد الرصيد الخاصة بلعّيب. ويُعدّ سجل الرصيد لدى لعّيب حجةً قاطعة إلا في حالة الخطأ الظاهر، ويجوز للعّيب تصحيح أي رصيد مُنح عن طريق الخطأ أو الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام.

12الحملات والعروض الترويجية

يجوز للعّيب تنظيم حملات وأكواد وعروض وجلسات مجانية وغيرها من العروض الترويجية التي تشمل الأكاديمية أو رياضاتها أو جلساتها، وفقاً لقواعد الحملات. ويجوز للعّيب إنشاء أي حملة أو تعديلها أو تقييدها أو إيقافها مؤقتاً أو إنهاؤها، أو استبعاد الأكاديمية من أي حملة، في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق. وحيث تنضم الأكاديمية إلى حملة أو تُدرج فيها، يجب عليها الالتزام بسعر الحملة وشروطها في كل حجز تم تأكيده أثناء سريان الحملة عليها. ويكون أي تمويل أو تسوية لخصم الحملة وفق ما تبلغه لعّيب للأكاديمية بشأن تلك الحملة. ولا يجوز للأكاديمية التلاعب بأي حملة أو إساءة استخدامها أو تحريف حقيقتها.

تتلقى الأكاديمية البيانات الشخصية للاعبين (مثل الأسماء وأرقام الهواتف والحضور وحالة الدفع) لغرض وحيد هو تقديم الحجوزات التي تتلقاها عبر لعّيب. ويجب على الأكاديمية استخدام تلك البيانات لذلك الغرض ولالتزاماتها القانونية فقط، والحفاظ على سريتها وأمنها، وعدم بيعها، وعدم استخدامها في التسويق دون موافقة قانونية من اللاعب، وعدم تصديرها أو استخراجها آلياً بما يتجاوز ما تتيحه أدوات لعّيب، والالتزام بقوانين حماية البيانات المعمول بها، بما فيها قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الأردني. ويجب على الأكاديمية إبلاغ لعّيب دون تأخير بأي فقدان أو إساءة استخدام أو وصول غير مصرّح به يمس بيانات اللاعبين.

14محتوى الأكاديمية والترخيص

تمنح الأكاديمية لعّيب ترخيصاً عالمياً مجانياً وغير حصري وقابلاً للنقل وللترخيص من الباطن لاستخدام اسمها وشعارها وعلاماتها التجارية وصورها ومقاطع الفيديو الخاصة بها وأوصافها وجداولها وغيرها من المحتوى الذي تقدّمه، ونسخه وتكييفه وترجمته وعرضه وتوزيعه، في الخدمة وفي تسويق لعّيب وإعلاناتها ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومراسلاتها، طوال مدة إدراج الأكاديمية ولمدة معقولة بعد ذلك بالنسبة للمواد المؤرشفة. وتقرّ الأكاديمية بأنها تملك كل ذلك المحتوى أو مرخَّص لها باستخدامه، وبأنه دقيق ومشروع، وبأنها حصلت على كل موافقة لازمة من الأشخاص الظاهرين فيه، بمن فيهم أولياء أمور الأطفال.

لا يجوز للأكاديمية:

16التعليق والإزالة والإنهاء

يجوز للعّيب، في أي وقت ووفق تقديرها المطلق وبناءً على تقييمها الخاص، ودون إشعار مسبق ودون أي مسؤولية، تعليق الأكاديمية أو تقييدها أو إخفاؤها أو إلغاء إدراجها أو إزالتها، أو أي إدراج أو محتوى، أو وصول أي مستخدم إلى الأكاديمية، ويجوز لها إنهاء شروط الأكاديمية هذه، بما في ذلك إذا رأت لعّيب أن الأكاديمية أساءت استخدام الخدمة أو خالفت شروط الأكاديمية هذه أو أي قانون أو تلقت شكاوى متكررة أو تسببت في مخاطر للاعبين أو للعّيب، أو إذا اقتضى ذلك القانون أو Apple أو أحد مزوّدي خدمات الدفع. ولا تلتزم لعّيب بإبداء أسباب تتجاوز ما يقتضيه القانون المعمول به.

يجوز للأكاديمية التوقف عن استخدام خدمات الشركاء في أي وقت بإلغاء اشتراكها عبر Apple وطلب إغلاق الأكاديمية من لعّيب. وعند التعليق أو الإنهاء: تبقى الأكاديمية مسؤولة عن كل حجز مؤكَّد واسترداد وإثبات استرداد عبر CliQ ومبلغ مستحق؛ ويجوز للعّيب إلغاء الحجوزات المستقبلية ورد المبالغ للاعبين؛ ويجوز للعّيب الاحتفاظ بالتحويلات لأغراض المقاصة طالما كان ذلك ضرورياً بشكل معقول؛ وتظل سارية الأحكام التي تقتضي طبيعتها بقاءها، بما فيها الأحكام المتعلقة بالمدفوعات والاسترداد والبيانات والتراخيص والمسؤولية والتعويض والقانون الواجب التطبيق.

17إخلاء المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، تُقدَّم خدمات الشركاء "كما هي" و"حسب توافرها" دون أي ضمان صريح أو ضمني. ولا تضمن لعّيب أن تكون متواصلة أو خالية من الأخطاء أو آمنة، ولا أن يتم الحفاظ على أي بيانات، ولا أن تحصل الأكاديمية على أي مستوى من الحجوزات أو الظهور أو الإيرادات.

18تحديد المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به: (أ) لا تتحمّل لعّيب المسؤولية تجاه الأكاديمية عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو جزائية، ولا عن أي خسارة في الأرباح أو الإيرادات أو الأعمال أو البيانات أو السمعة أو الفرص؛ و(ب) تقتصر المسؤولية الإجمالية للعّيب تجاه الأكاديمية عن جميع المطالبات الناشئة عن خدمات الشركاء أو شروط الأكاديمية هذه أو المتعلقة بها خلال أي فترة 12 شهراً على إجمالي العمولة التي احتفظت بها لعّيب من حجوزات الأكاديمية خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للحدث الذي نشأت عنه المطالبة. ولا تنطبق هذه الحدود على المبالغ المستحقة على لعّيب للأكاديمية كتحويلات، ولا على المسؤولية التي لا يجوز قانوناً تحديدها.

19التعويض

تلتزم الأكاديمية بتعويض لعّيب ومالكيها ومديريها وموظفيها وشركائها والدفاع عنهم وإبراء ذمتهم من أي مطالبة أو طلب أو خسارة أو مسؤولية أو ضرر أو غرامة أو تكلفة أو نفقة (بما في ذلك أتعاب المحاماة المعقولة) تنشأ عن أو تتعلق بما يلي: جلساتها واستئجار ملاعبها ومرافقها ومعداتها ومدرّبيها وموظفيها؛ وأي إصابة أو مرض أو وفاة أو خسارة أو ضرر يلحق بأي لاعب أو طفل أو شخص آخر فيما يتصل بأنشطتها؛ ومحتواها؛ وتعاملها مع المدفوعات والمبالغ المستردة وبيانات اللاعبين؛ ومخالفتها لشروط الأكاديمية هذه أو لأي قانون؛ وأي ضريبة مستحقة عليها.

20السرية

يجب على الأكاديمية الحفاظ على سرية أي معلومات غير علنية تشاركها لعّيب معها، بما فيها نسب العمولة وشروط الحملات وخطط المنتجات والبيانات، وعدم استخدامها إلا لاستخدام خدمات الشركاء.

21التعديلات على شروط الأكاديمية

يجوز للعّيب تعديل شروط الأكاديمية هذه في أي وقت، وفق تقديرها المطلق ودون إشعار مسبق، وذلك بنشر النسخة المحدَّثة في التطبيق أو على laeeb.app. وجرياً على الممارسة المعتادة، وحيثما كان ذلك ممكناً بشكل معقول، ستطلب لعّيب من مالك الأكاديمية أو مديرها مراجعة التحديثات الجوهرية وقبولها في التطبيق قبل متابعة استخدام أدوات الأكاديمية. ويُعدّ الاستمرار في استخدام خدمات الشركاء بعد نشر التحديث قبولاً له. وإذا لم تقبل الأكاديمية أي تحديث، فإن سبيلها الوحيد هو التوقف عن استخدام خدمات الشركاء.

22القوة القاهرة

لا تتحمّل لعّيب المسؤولية عن أي إخفاق أو تأخير ناتج عن أحداث خارجة عن سيطرتها المعقولة، بما في ذلك الكوارث الطبيعية والأوبئة والحروب والاضطرابات والإجراءات الحكومية والإضرابات وأعطال المرافق أو الإنترنت أو الاتصالات وإخفاقات معالجي الدفع أو البنوك أو CliQ أو مزوّدي الاستضافة أو Apple والهجمات الإلكترونية.

23القانون الواجب التطبيق وتسوية النزاعات

تخضع شروط الأكاديمية هذه وأي نزاع ينشأ عنها أو يتعلق بها لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختص محاكم عمّان في الأردن حصرياً بالنظر فيه. وقبل اتخاذ أي إجراءات، تخطر الأكاديمية لعّيب كتابياً على support@laeeb.app ويسعى الطرفان بحسن نية إلى تسوية النزاع خلال 30 يوماً.

24أحكام عامة

تشكّل شروط الأكاديمية هذه، مع المستندات المدمجة فيها وأي شروط خاصة ببرامج معينة، الاتفاق الكامل بين لعّيب والأكاديمية بشأن خدمات الشركاء. وإذا كان أي حكم باطلاً أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فإنه يُنفَّذ إلى أقصى حد مسموح به ويبقى الباقي سارياً. ولا يُعدّ عدم ممارسة لعّيب لأي حق تنازلاً عنه. ولا يجوز للأكاديمية التنازل عن شروط الأكاديمية هذه أو نقلها، أو نقل ملكية حسابها على لعّيب، دون موافقة لعّيب الخطية؛ ويجوز للعّيب التنازل عنها لأي شركة تابعة أو خلف. ولا ينشئ أي شيء فيها علاقة شراكة أو مشروع مشترك أو امتياز تجاري أو عمل أو وكالة عامة. ويجوز توجيه الإشعارات إلى الأكاديمية عبر التطبيق أو الإشعارات الفورية أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية إلى مالكها أو مديريها.

تُنشر شروط الأكاديمية هذه باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية. وفي حال وجود أي تعارض، تسود النسخة العربية.
