Campaign Rules
The rules for every campaign, promotion, offer and code on Laeeb. They form part of the Terms of Use and the Academy Partner Terms. Specific conditions shown for a campaign in the app apply in addition to these rules. Version 2026-10-22.
01Scope
These Campaign Rules apply to every campaign, promotion, offer, discount, promo code, free or reduced-price session, referral reward and similar benefit made available on or through Laeeb (each a "Campaign"), whether run by Laeeb alone or with one or more Academies. Each Campaign may also show specific conditions in the app (such as dates, sports, Academies, Sessions, prices and eligibility). If those specific conditions conflict with these Rules, the specific conditions prevail for that Campaign.
02Laeeb's discretion
Laeeb decides, at its sole discretion, whether to run any Campaign, who may take part, and on what terms. Laeeb may, at any time and without prior notice, change, extend, shorten, limit, pause, suspend, withdraw or end any Campaign or code, change its eligibility, price, caps, sports, Academies or Sessions, or remove any Academy or Session from it. Laeeb is not liable to any player or Academy for doing so. A Booking already confirmed at a Campaign price before such a change keeps its confirmed price, unless the benefit was obtained through error, abuse or fraud.
03Eligibility
A Campaign is open only to users who meet its eligibility conditions shown in the app, which may include age, gender, sport, Academy, membership, location, new-player status or account history. A Campaign marked for new players applies only to a person who has not previously booked with the relevant Academy or on Laeeb, as the Campaign states. Laeeb decides eligibility using its records, and its decision is final.
04Limits and caps
Campaigns are limited and available while places last. Laeeb may cap any Campaign in total and by sport, Academy, Session, date or time. Any count of places remaining or places claimed shown in the app is an indication only and may change at any moment. A Campaign place is secured only when the Booking is confirmed by our server; starting a Booking, holding a pending Booking or entering a code does not reserve it.
05One use per person
Unless the Campaign states otherwise, each Campaign may be used once per person. This limit applies per human being, not per account, device, phone number or payment method, and Laeeb may treat linked or related accounts as one person.
06Group bookings and combining offers
Unless the Campaign states otherwise, a Campaign does not apply to group Bookings or to Bookings made for several people at once, cannot be combined with any other Campaign, offer, package, membership price or Balance, and applies only to the Sessions, sports and Academies it names.
07No cash value
A Campaign benefit has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or Balance, transferred, sold or traded, and is not refundable in itself. If a Booking made with a Campaign is cancelled, any refund is limited to the amount actually paid, under the applicable refund rules; the Campaign benefit itself is not restored unless Laeeb decides otherwise.
08Codes
Promo codes are personal to the person they were given to, unless the Campaign states they may be shared. Codes may expire, may be limited in number, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes must not be published, sold, auctioned or distributed through unauthorised channels. Laeeb is not responsible for lost, mistyped or expired codes.
09Abuse, fraud and errors
Laeeb may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, void any Campaign benefit, cancel any Booking made with it, charge the full price, recover the value of the benefit, and suspend or close any account, where Laeeb believes a Campaign has been obtained or used through abuse, fraud, multiple or fake accounts, automation, manipulation, collusion, breach of these Rules or of the Terms of Use, or through any technical, pricing or human error. An obvious pricing or display error does not bind Laeeb.
10Academies in Campaigns
An Academy taking part in a Campaign must honour the Campaign price and conditions on every Booking confirmed while the Campaign applied to it, and must not restrict, discourage or obstruct Campaign Bookings. Laeeb may include, exclude, order and present Academies in any Campaign at its discretion. Any funding or settlement of a Campaign discount is as communicated by Laeeb to the Academy for that Campaign. These Rules are part of the Academy Partner Terms.
11Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laeeb is not liable for any loss arising from the unavailability, change, suspension or end of any Campaign, from any Campaign place being taken, or from any technical failure affecting a Campaign. Nothing in these Rules affects any statutory right that cannot be excluded.
12Changes and governing law
Laeeb may change these Rules at any time by publishing an updated version; the version in force when a Booking is confirmed applies to it. These Rules are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction. If the English and Arabic versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
قواعد الحملات
القواعد التي تحكم كل حملة وعرض ترويجي وعرض وكود على لعّيب. وتُعدّ جزءاً من شروط الاستخدام وشروط شركاء الأكاديميات. وتسري الشروط الخاصة المعروضة لأي حملة في التطبيق إضافةً إلى هذه القواعد. الإصدار 2026-10-22.
01النطاق
تسري قواعد الحملات هذه على كل حملة أو عرض ترويجي أو عرض أو خصم أو كود ترويجي أو جلسة مجانية أو مخفّضة السعر أو مكافأة إحالة أو ميزة مماثلة تُتاح على لعّيب أو من خلالها (ويُشار إلى كل منها بـ"الحملة")، سواء نظّمتها لعّيب وحدها أو بالاشتراك مع أكاديمية أو أكثر. وقد تعرض كل حملة أيضاً شروطاً خاصة في التطبيق (مثل التواريخ والرياضات والأكاديميات والجلسات والأسعار والأهلية). وإذا تعارضت تلك الشروط الخاصة مع هذه القواعد، تسود الشروط الخاصة بالنسبة لتلك الحملة.
02السلطة التقديرية للعّيب
تقرر لعّيب، وفق تقديرها المطلق، ما إذا كانت ستنظّم أي حملة، ومن يحق له المشاركة فيها، وبأي شروط. ويجوز للعّيب، في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق، تعديل أي حملة أو كود أو تمديده أو تقصيره أو تقييده أو إيقافه مؤقتاً أو تعليقه أو سحبه أو إنهاؤه، أو تغيير أهليته أو سعره أو حدوده أو رياضاته أو أكاديمياته أو جلساته، أو استبعاد أي أكاديمية أو جلسة منه. ولا تتحمّل لعّيب أي مسؤولية تجاه أي لاعب أو أكاديمية جراء ذلك. ويحتفظ الحجز الذي تم تأكيده بسعر الحملة قبل أي تغيير من هذا القبيل بسعره المؤكَّد، ما لم يكن الحصول على الميزة نتيجة خطأ أو إساءة استخدام أو احتيال.
03الأهلية
لا تُتاح الحملة إلا للمستخدمين الذين يستوفون شروط الأهلية الخاصة بها المعروضة في التطبيق، والتي قد تشمل العمر أو الجنس أو الرياضة أو الأكاديمية أو العضوية أو الموقع أو صفة اللاعب الجديد أو سجل الحساب. والحملة المخصصة للاعبين الجدد لا تنطبق إلا على من لم يسبق له الحجز لدى الأكاديمية المعنية أو على لعّيب، بحسب ما تنص عليه الحملة. وتقرر لعّيب الأهلية استناداً إلى سجلاتها، ويكون قرارها نهائياً.
04الحدود والسقوف
الحملات محدودة ومتاحة حتى نفاد الأماكن. ويجوز للعّيب وضع سقف لأي حملة إجمالاً وبحسب الرياضة أو الأكاديمية أو الجلسة أو التاريخ أو الوقت. وأي عدد للأماكن المتبقية أو المحجوزة يظهر في التطبيق هو مؤشر فقط وقد يتغير في أي لحظة. ولا يُضمن مكان في الحملة إلا عند تأكيد الحجز من خادمنا؛ ولا يؤدي بدء الحجز أو الاحتفاظ بحجز معلَّق أو إدخال كود إلى حجز المكان.
05استخدام واحد لكل شخص
ما لم تنص الحملة على خلاف ذلك، يجوز استخدام كل حملة مرة واحدة لكل شخص. ويسري هذا الحد على كل إنسان بعينه، لا على كل حساب أو جهاز أو رقم هاتف أو وسيلة دفع، ويجوز للعّيب معاملة الحسابات المرتبطة أو ذات الصلة كشخص واحد.
06الحجوزات الجماعية والجمع بين العروض
ما لم تنص الحملة على خلاف ذلك، لا تنطبق الحملة على الحجوزات الجماعية أو الحجوزات التي تتم لعدة أشخاص دفعة واحدة، ولا يجوز الجمع بينها وبين أي حملة أو عرض أو باقة أو سعر عضوية أو رصيد آخر، ولا تنطبق إلا على الجلسات والرياضات والأكاديميات التي تحددها.
07لا قيمة نقدية
ليست لميزة الحملة أي قيمة نقدية. ولا يجوز استبدالها بالنقد أو برصيد أو بائتمان، ولا تحويلها أو بيعها أو المتاجرة بها، ولا تُسترد بذاتها. وإذا أُلغي حجز تم باستخدام حملة، يقتصر أي استرداد على المبلغ المدفوع فعلياً وفقاً لقواعد الاسترداد المعمول بها؛ ولا تُستعاد ميزة الحملة ذاتها ما لم تقرر لعّيب خلاف ذلك.
08الأكواد
الأكواد الترويجية شخصية لمن مُنحت له، ما لم تنص الحملة على جواز مشاركتها. وقد تنتهي صلاحية الأكواد، وقد تكون محدودة العدد، ويجوز سحبها في أي وقت. ولا يجوز نشر الأكواد أو بيعها أو عرضها في مزاد أو توزيعها عبر قنوات غير مصرّح بها. ولا تتحمّل لعّيب المسؤولية عن الأكواد المفقودة أو المكتوبة بشكل خاطئ أو المنتهية الصلاحية.
09إساءة الاستخدام والاحتيال والأخطاء
يجوز للعّيب، وفق تقديرها المطلق ودون إشعار مسبق، إبطال أي ميزة من ميزات الحملة، وإلغاء أي حجز تم باستخدامها، واستيفاء السعر الكامل، واسترداد قيمة الميزة، وتعليق أي حساب أو إغلاقه، إذا رأت لعّيب أن الحملة تم الحصول عليها أو استخدامها عن طريق إساءة الاستخدام أو الاحتيال أو الحسابات المتعددة أو الوهمية أو الأتمتة أو التلاعب أو التواطؤ أو مخالفة هذه القواعد أو شروط الاستخدام، أو نتيجة أي خطأ تقني أو في التسعير أو بشري. ولا يُلزم أي خطأ ظاهر في التسعير أو العرض لعّيب.
10الأكاديميات المشاركة في الحملات
يجب على الأكاديمية المشاركة في حملة الالتزام بسعر الحملة وشروطها في كل حجز تم تأكيده أثناء سريان الحملة عليها، ولا يجوز لها تقييد حجوزات الحملة أو تثبيطها أو عرقلتها. ويجوز للعّيب إدراج الأكاديميات في أي حملة أو استبعادها أو ترتيبها أو عرضها وفق تقديرها. ويكون أي تمويل أو تسوية لخصم الحملة وفق ما تبلغه لعّيب للأكاديمية بشأن تلك الحملة. وتُعدّ هذه القواعد جزءاً من شروط شركاء الأكاديميات.
11المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا تتحمّل لعّيب المسؤولية عن أي خسارة تنشأ عن عدم توافر أي حملة أو تغييرها أو تعليقها أو انتهائها، أو عن نفاد أي مكان في الحملة، أو عن أي عطل تقني يؤثر على الحملة. ولا يؤثر أي شيء في هذه القواعد على أي حق مقرر قانوناً لا يجوز استثناؤه.
12التعديلات والقانون الواجب التطبيق
يجوز للعّيب تعديل هذه القواعد في أي وقت بنشر نسخة محدَّثة؛ وتسري على الحجز النسخة النافذة وقت تأكيده. وتخضع هذه القواعد لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختص محاكم عمّان حصرياً بالنظر في أي نزاع بشأنها. وإذا اختلفت النسختان الإنجليزية والعربية، تسود النسخة العربية.
